Arthur "Pain" L.  Smith
Arthur L. Smith, 66, affectionately known as "Pain", departed this life at the UTMC hospital surrounded by his loving wife, family and friends.

Pain was born on October 23,1950 in Toledo, Ohio, to the beloved Mr. & Mrs. Willie Lee and Eloise Smith.

Pain attended Drummond Libbey High School, and on February 15,1990 he entered Holy Matrimony to his beautiful and loving wife of 27 years, Ruby Worthy-Smith. He enjoyed the finer things in life, and all that the world had to offer. Pain had a passion for drag racing, fishing, spending time with family and grilling. He was known as the "Grill Master".Pain also dedicated his life to the Brotherhood of the Night Riders Motorcycle Club, where he served many terms as the President, and earned the name "Legend". He will always be remembered for his loyalty and dedication to the Brotherhood.

Pain had a heart of gold, and was always willing to help those in need. Pain gave his life to Christ and was a faithful member of the Victory Life Worship Center. He also worked at Daimler Chrysler as a Quality Control Operator, and retired after 31 years of service.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Lee and Eloise Smith, and brother Hassan Rashad (Bahjia). He leaves to cherish his everlasting memories, wife Ruby Worthy-Smith, children, Anita West, Eric Watson, Derrick Watson and Artrice Smith, step children, Rapheal Worthy, Racquel Syfert (Robert), brothers, Howard, Clayton, Tracy and Jesse Smith. Grandchildren, Dontae, Shante, Robert, Rapheal Jr, and Ramero. Great Grandchildren, Amaya, Jamai, Derron and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and devoted life long friends.
