Catherine Ann  Hague (Catherine Oggs)
Ms. Catherine “Cat” Hague, 68, departed this life Friday, August 19, 2016, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on January 14, 1948, to the late James H. Scruggs Sr. and Olivia Oggs Scruggs in Sweetwater, Tennessee. Cat retired from the Toledo Public School system where she worked positions ranging from cafeteria worker to boiler operator. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brothers, Otis Anthony, William (Tony) Scruggs and James (Jimmy) Scruggs Jr. She is survived by longtime companion, Robert Olin Dunston; daughters, Kelleye (Michael) Griffin, Telina Hague and Alise Hague; sister, Mary Scruggs; brother, James (Shirley) Oggs. She is affectionately known as “Gran Gran” by her grandchildren, Courtney Turner, LeYondra Watson, Bryson Criss, Michael Griffin Jr., Mason Criss and Jaxson Criss. She is also survived by a multitude of loving family and friends. Cat’s family were her passion. Home going services will be held at House of Day, 2550 Nebraska Avenue. Viewing Friday, August 26, 2016, 4-6pm p.m. Wake Saturday, August 27, 2016, 10 a.m. Funeral to begin at 11 a.m.
