Billy Ray  Mays
Billy Ray Mays, was born, February 5, 1952, in Tallulah, LA, to the union of Thomas and Joanna Mays. He was one of seven children born to this union.
He was called home unto the Lord for eternal rest on, August 11, 2016, in the care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

Billy worked at the Toledo Club for over 20 years as an Event Planner, until the decline of his health.

Billy was loved and respected by everyone he came in contact with.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Barbara Ann Mays, brother, Thomas Bodie, and his ex-wife, Cassandra Mays-Allison, whom he had six children with.

He leaves to cherish his memory,sons, Billy Ray Peterson, Haniel Peterson, and Allen Mays; daughters, Shonna (Norman) Peterson, Teresa (Mark) Mays, and Cassandra Bone; brothers, Kenny Mays and Mark Mays; sisters, Linda Mays and Cassandra Mays, and 19 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; brothers, Kenny Mays and Mark Mays; sisters, Linda Mays and Cassandra Mays, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
