Wayne Robert Banks Sr. was born December 13th, 1953, to Mary Ann Banks and Earl S Banks Sr. in Toledo, OH. He transitioned his life from home on March 29th, 2020 leaving behind 16 children and over 40 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, his Daughter, Jodie (Goldie) Hardy, Son Brice Lamar Banks and his two Brothers, Earl S Banks Jr. and Lavelle Banks. Wayne Banks as we know him is gone, but Legends never die and he left a legit legacy of strength, principles, and love.
