Tyree L. "Chucks" Self, 30, was born in Toledo, OH on
January 18, 1990 and passed away on August 29, 2020. A graduate of Woodward High School ( A Polar Bear) he pursued a career in Food Service at the age of 16. He was very caring, loveable and had a very big heart. He had a relationship with God, loved the Lord and loved spending time with his #1 love, his mom Beatrice. He loved spending time with the rest of his family, friends and of course he loved those video games ... beating most he played against loll
Tyree was preceded in death by his father Terry Self, grandparents; Ella Ashford, Catherine Self and James Coleman; Uncles Leroy Dixon, James Ashford, Carl Barry, Jerry Self, James Self and Aunt Josephine Dunn.
Tyree leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Beatrice, brothers Terry (Jennifer) Dixon, Twan (Andrea) Dixon; Uncles Marvin Ashford, Lawrence Barry, Louis (Charlene) Self, Michael (Barbara) Self, Kenneth Self, Timothy (Kesha) Self and Samuel (Mariah) Coleman; Aunts Willia Ashford, Darlene (Edgar) Ashford, Betty (Mark) Finley; Nephews TJ, Twan Jr., Taysean, Antonio, Treyvion and Julian; Nieces Alyssa, Tiana, Terriana, Corrina, liana and Alexis; Best Friends Rudy Spencer, Christian Encalado and a host of family and friends.
