Obituary for Tracy Lynn Lawson
Tracy Lynn Lawson, 52, of Toledo, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on February 3, 2021, with her loving family by her side. She was born on November 8, 1968 in Springfield, Ohio. Tracy was a daughter of Dianna (Lawson) Hargrow and Cecil Cade. She attended Springfield South High School.
Tracy Lynn was known for her vibrant personality, her love for music, dancing, and cooking. She took great pride in providing meals for her family, neighbors, and special friends. Tracy enjoyed being a caretaker for children and she never met a stranger.
Tracy leaves to carry on her legacy of her mother, Dianna “Candy” Hargrow of Springfield, Ohio; two daughters, Latira (Tyrone) and Candace Lawson, both of Toledo Ohio; one son, Donte’ Lawson, of Springfield, Ohio; sisters, Regina Lawson and Celica Cade; two nieces, Shaniece Smith and Zyaire Arnold; six granddaughters, Ma’Zyah, Ja’Myah, Kahlia, Nova, Dezire, and Emery; five grandsons, Zyonne, Jayceon, Camryn, Keiron, and Roman; step-mother, Allene Goodlow and family, and host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, Barb, Lisa and Nancy. She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil “C-Dog” Cade; step-father, Ricardo Hargrow; a set of twins, Dianna, and Alvin; maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 3:00 to 4:00pm at the House of Day Funeral Home, with family present until the time of service at 4pm. Pastor Michael Carr, officiating.
