Obituary for Terrance Kyles

Terrance Reginald Kyles Sr., 59, departed this life on Sunday September 20, 2020 at The University of Toledo Medical Center. Terrance "TK" was born on October 2, 1960 in Yazoo City, MS to the loving union of his parents Lewis Kyle Sr. and Velma V. Kyles, who proceeded him in death. Terrance became a child of God at the very tender age of 9 yrs. old in Yazoo City, MS under the leadership of Elder Percy Dean and his grandmother Addie Carter, who also proceeded him in death. During the early stages of Terrance's walk with Christ is where he found his lifetime love for music, dance, and singing. It was then he began as the lead singer in the boys group with his cousins "The Trilettes" formed by his grandmother, Addie Carter.

Terrance had a true passion for singing and entrepreneurship, painting and contracting was a gift Terrance not only cherished but also shared with all those who knew him. Terrance enjoyed dancing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Sonya Frazier -Kyles and family. Terrance was a loving father and step-father, who was ordained to be a minister at Abundant Life Ministry several years ago unde the leadership of Bishop Marvin Winans. He is proceeded in death by brothers, Dan Rance, Robert Lewis Kyles, and Lewis C. Kyles Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Sonya Frazier-Kyles; son, Terrance R. Kyles Jr.; son, Jovan C. Kyles; daughter, Shanell V. Kyles; daughter, Marekle Jackson; stepson, Walter Labiche; stepson, Demarcus "Moochie" Labiche; sisters, Delores Kyles, Brenda Rance, and Jennifer Kyles; brothers, Nelson Kyles, Brian Kyles, Nathan Kyles and Steven Kyles; aunts, Eddie Mae and Azie Carter; 17 grandchildren; 13 nephews; 9 nieces; family friend, Avaril Coffee; great nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
