Obituary for Schnell Lynn Sanders
Schnell Lynn Sanders of Toledo, OH was born December 18, 1970, to the union of Sola Mae Sanders and Milton Sanders. In the presence of her loving family, she entered the peaceful rest of the saints of God on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 at home.
Schnell had a smile that would light up a room and was loved by everyone. Family was important to her, she was known as the family babysitter before she had her own children. She had two favorite nephews, Shawn M. Cowell and Jeffrey “Nard“ Horton. She was known as Mom and Auntie to the kids in the neighborhood. Schnell truly loved her family. She had a way of bringing the best out of you even if you were down.
Schnell was very active with The Movement and worked side by side with her sister Tina. She was a loyal, beautiful jewel treasured by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
Schnell was preceded in death by parents Sola Mae, Milton Sanders, JT and Jane Williamson, sister Diane M. Cowell and great- nephew Nareon Grier.
Schnell leaves to cherish her memory sons, Brandon, BriShawn (Tasharica La’Shae), DaShaun (Junesha) Sanders and daughter Destiny Sanders. Grandchildren Navaeh Rayne, Amatdea Alpha Faye, Gabriel Alexander, Jeremiah Emmanuel Sanders, Acielianna Sanders, Romance Flores and Logan Bush.
Schnell also leaves to cherish her memory sisters Tina (Tommy) Butts and Suzette (George) Cowell. Brothers Keith McClerkin (Hickman, KY) Darryl and Milton Sanders, Richard (Colleen) McCray, Kevin (Ida) Williamson and Rodney (Barb) Williamson. And a host of other loving relatives and friends.
