Ms. Patricia Ann Banks-Rivers
Ms. Patricia Ann Banks-Rivers was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 19, 1954, to Evangeline (Hampton) Felix and the late Clauzell Jones. Ms. Pat transitioned to her eternal rest on December 30, 2022, at the University of Toledo Medical College.
Ms. Pat attended Libbey as well as Scott High School. Soon after high school, Ms. Pat married her first husband and started a family. Ms. Pat was a homemaker until she landed a position at the Toledo Jeep Assembly Plant. Ms. Pat also worked as a Private Armed Security personnel and was certified by the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission.
Ms. Pat enjoyed watching basketball, playing chest, and the company of friends and family while listening to great music.
Ms. Pat leaves to cherish her memory; her mother, Evangeline Felix; daughter, Deondra Banks; grandson, Jayse (Banks) Daniels; brother, Daniel Felix; sister, Dianne (Felix) Campbell, and host of other relatives and friends.
