Kathryn Jane Richardson was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 27, 1953 to Willie M. and Kathryn (Johnson) Pettaway. Kathy, graduated from Woodward High School.
Kathy enjoyed Sewing, Arts and Crafts, Painting, Soap Operas, dancing, Jazz and Blues, Romance Novels, Watched Sci-Fi & Kung Fu movies. She also loved making furniture for doll houses and enjoyed making jewelry.
Kathy met and married Charles D. Richardson. To their union four children were born.
Kathy departed this life on Saturday, October 26, 2019. She was preceded in death by her Father, Willie M. Pettaway.
Kathy is survived by her four children, Anthony (Robby) Richardson, Matthew Richardson, Jennifer Richardson and Tiffany Richardson; eight grandchildren; Anthony Richardson II: Malik Richardson; Aaron Richardson; Corinne Betts; Austin Richardson; Kaiden Green; Cameron Willis and Drew Green; her Mother, Kathryn Pettaway; five brothers, Ronald (Marva) Pettaway; Kenny Pettaway; Willie (Gail); Michael Pettaway and Jeff Williams, and two sisters, Patsy Smith; Sheri (Kenneth) Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
