Obituary for Josephine Foreman

Mrs. Josephine Foreman, 85, was born February 4, 1936 in Windener, Arkansas to the late, loving parents, Evergreen and Waverly Moore. She departed this life on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Park Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she was a resident until she was called home.

Josephine confessed in Christ at a young age before moving to Toledo, where she attended New Psalmist, until she became ill. Before getting sick she was a healthcare provider, a Teacher's Aide., and President for L.M.H.A. Block watch.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Evergreen and Waverly Moore; her daughter, Teresa; her son, Johnny; grandson, David L. Coleman; two great grandchildren, Christopher and Xzveion; two sisters, Elgin Louise (louis) Taylor and Bernice Moore; and two brothers, M.C. Moore and Orest Moore Fleming.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories, her husband, Melvin Foreman; two daughters, Vernice Foreman, Sherry (William) Davis, Melvin L. (Connie) Foreman, Leon "Pete" (Melinda) Foreman, Waverly Foreman, all of Toledo, Ohio; 22 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren; the Foreman-Dortch and Taylor Families; a host of nieces and nephews that loved her, and she loved them; niece, Glinda Taylor; nephew, Darren Taylor; special cousin, Willie James Moore; and many other extended family members.
