James a. Smith Jr. (Jay Jay), 19 years old, of Toledo, Ohio was called home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2020.
Jay was born on April 10, 2001 to Latrisha Richardson and James Smith Sr.
Jay Jay was a proud brother of five. He loved to take care of his brother and sisters. They were his pride and joy. He loved to be with his family and friends, but most of all, his girlfriend, Ariana Escobar, his first love.
He graduated from Penn Foster, where he went to further his education and to be his own boss. He was very cheerful, silly, and took pride in himself and his family. Every time you saw Jay Jay he was always smiling.
Jay Jay was preceded in death by his father, James Smith Sr.; great grandfather, Franklin Robinson; great grandmother, Patricia Barton; great grandfather, Tommy Barton; and his cousin, Jewell Richardson.
Jay Jay leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Latrisha Richardson; girlfriend, Ariana Escobar; grandmothers, Tina Richardson and Tonna Morphis; grandfathers, Anthony Smith Sr. and FLoyd Barton; great grandmother, Carrie Richardson; sisters, Aysa Toliver, Aaliyah Limpkins, Jayla Smith, and Miracle Richardson; brother, Natayvion Limpkins; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
