Obituary for James Elton Frazier
James E. Frazier, age 62, passed away Friday July 12, 2019, in Toledo Ohio. James was born November 28, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio, to Ada Tilghman and Albert Frazier.
James graduated from Libbey High School in 1975, and later joined the Army serving for 15 years. After serving in the Army James worked for Toledo Public Schools for 10 years. While working for Toledo Public Schools he took an interest in coaching sports, mainly basketball, earning a nickname that would forever stick with him "Coach".
He later drove semi trucks for Craig Transportation for 15 years until he fell ill.
James was preceded in death by both of his parents and his elder brother, Dennis Frazier.
He is survived by his stepmother, Vera Frazier, Calvin Frazier, Pam Camper, Nathan Camper, and Brian Camper, and a host of other loving family and friends.
