Obituary for Jackie Jerome Reynolds

Jackie Jerome Reynolds, lovingly called “Geek”, by everyone who knew him, was the eleventh child born to Teressia and Grover Reynolds on October 7th, 1965. Being the “baby brother”, Geek was immediately covered in love and support from his parents and siblings, which he spread to his large extended family, including several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He grew up in the family home on Kenilworth, and graduated from Scott High School on June 5th, 1984. He pursued a career as an automobile manufacturing technician, working for Advanced Engineering Company, where he received recognition for 30 years of exemplary performance, before becoming an employee of Chrysler. Geek was a loving father to two children, beautiful daughter; Brittni Lashae Reynolds, and handsome son; Cebron Marquis Allen. He was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren; A’Mondre Jerome Reynolds, Khamoni, Ka’marion s, and Ari’anna Allen. Jackie Jerome Reynolds departed this life in physical form on July 2nd, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents; Teressia and Grover Reynolds Sr, brothers; Grover Reynolds Jr, Ike Reynolds, Curtis Reynolds, Jimmy Reynolds, and sister; Willa (Pam) Lamb. “Baby Brother” leaves his memory to be cherished by surviving siblings George Reynolds, Charles Reynolds, Danitta (Dwayne) Lamb , and Danetta (Michael) Searcy, special niece; Claudette Reynolds, special cousin; Sandra Wilson and several extended family members and friends. May his loving spirit, big personality, and loud voice comfort and console all of us that were fortunate enough to be near him, and may we learn from his acceptance and kindness towards everyone, and pay it forward, in memory of Jackie Jerome Reynolds.
