Obituary for Glynece "Jackie" Moore

Glynece was born to Ethel Wilson and David Moore in Saint Louis, Missouri on December 31,1936 and was reared in a loving home. She was educated in the Toledo Public School system and she spent her years rearing her children and grandchildren which she loved
more than anything. Glynece undoubtedly wore many hats but she thoroughly enjoyed being a grandmother. In her mid 40's, she put her life on
hold to take care of her grandchildren full-time. This meant everything to her and from then on she continued to sacrifice and adjust her life to
make sure her grandchildren were given a solid foundation to stand on.

Whether it was enjoying her soap operas, sitting on the porch and people watching or simply doing the best she could with what she had, she knew keeping her grandchildren together was a priority regardless of what she had to sacrifice. She held the position as the Matriarch of the Moore's family and was affectionately known as Granny, Gran Gran,
depending which grandchild was addressing her.

Another love of Glynece was listening to old school music. She would enjoy music from the 60's and 70's no matter the artist. Even up until
her last earthly breathe, Granny was listening to one of her old time favorites, "Stairway to Heaven" by the O'Jays. Glynece's favorite pass
time activities included spending time with family, playing pool and the lottery and her all time favorite, attending bingo.

Glynece was preceded in death by her mother Ethel Wilson, father David Moore, sons Charles Ali Sr. and Kim "Marty" Moore .

Glynece is survived and leaves to cherish her daughter Shelia Moore, brothers William Moore and Paul Haire, grandsons Donzell Moore Sr.,
Terelle Moore, Charles Ali Jr.; granddaughters Aleanya Moore, Alaina Moore, Latila Ali. Great-grandchildren Donzell Moore Jr, Deonte Moore,
