Sympathy to the family of Evelyn Smith (Stewart). My heart was sadden when I heard of Evelyn's transition. I would like to share just a few memories. Evelyn had been connected to our family for a very long time. We grew up in St. Paul together, we worked together at Standard Oil (BP Husky), we traveled together. Evelyn was like a sister to me and our family. When we would go to church conventions everyone thought she was one of the Fletcher girls. At St. Paul we served on the Usher Board together until her health did not allow her to continue, we were also a part of the Missionary Society (WHOMS) together. Evelyn will be dearly missed. To Evelyn and the family you are in my thoughts and prayers. So long my friend, rest in the arms of your heavenly Father.
Norma, Gregory, Olivia, Gregory Jr. and Myla. You will be missed.

I’m so sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort help you during this difficult time. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4 & Psalms 83:18). Jesus prayed for God’s Kingdom to come because He knew it would intervene to solve all mankind’s problems even sickness and death. (Revelation 21:4,5 & Daniel 2:44).

May Jesus our God of comfort in the flesh richly bless you all as you remember Evelyn's life & celebrate her homegoing to Heaven. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.
