Ella K. Walker, also known as Katie, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Ella was 89 years old, born on August 5, 1931, in Brownsville, Tennessee to the late Addie and Effie Jones. She attended Haywood High School. Ella migrated to Toledo, Ohio in 1959 with her husband. Thomas Walker, also known as T.O. Walker, and to this union, 7 children were born. Ella was employed as a certified nursing assistant for over 25 years. She was an active member of Jerusalem Baptist Church for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and playing her numbers.

Ella is preceded in death by her parents, Addie and Effie Jones; husband, T.O. Walker; daughter, Vivian Walker; granddaughter, Shares Walker, 5 sisters, and one brother.

Ella leaves to cherish her loving memory; children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Children: Thomas Walker, Leon (Jeanette) Walker, Calvin (Shelly) Walker, Regina (Stuart) Williams, Carl (Lori) Walker, Jonathan Walker. Grandchildren: Arthur Stokes, Maxine Stokes, Taneene Walker, Tiffany Walker, Ebony Walker, Jarrett Williams, Thomas (Nicole) Walker III, Christopher Walker, Ivory Walker, Calie Walker, Calvin A. Walker, Noel Walker, Chal'e Walker, Chantay Walker, Janelle (Nicodemus) Harding, Rochelle Williams, Jordan Walker, Jaishawn Walker, Brandon Walker, RaShya (Lonnie) Ghee, LaKyra (Cecil) Holston. Great-grandchildren: DaJour Walker, Dallis Walker, Thomas Walker IV, Caelani Walker Daniels, Nicholas Harding, and a host of family and friends.
