Obituary for Crystal lynnetta Patrick

We gather here to celebrate and mourn the beautiful life of our beloved Mrs. Crystal Lynn Patrick, 53, of Toledo, OH, born to Miss Frenchie Williams and Mr. Eddie Sumrow.

Crystal a.k.a. Christmas, departed this life on December 25, 2019, at the Toledo Hospital, surrounded by her four sons, family and friends.

Chris accepted Christ at an early age, under the leadership of Supt. Johnny M. Hobbs Sr., where she was one of his first members, also singing in the choir and serving on the usher board.

Chris attended Lincoln Elementary, McTigue Junior High and DeVilbiss High School, graduating in 1984. She worked at various nursing homes as an aide.

Crystal carried a special place in a lot of people’s lives. She was such a warm-hearted, giving person; if she was able to give it, she would. You would have to get to know her to really understand her outspoken attitude. She had no problem telling you how she felt. Crystal captured a special relationship with her lil’ helper (DaJuan Davis). Her nephew would be there to give her a helping hand over these past couple of months.

Crysstal was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Patrick, of 30 plus years; father, Eddie Sumrow; granddaughter, Le’Nasia Patrick; brother, Bryant Williams; and sister, Linda Williams.

Crystal leaves to cherish her memory with her mother, Frenchie Williams; stepfather, Grover Davis Sr.; sons, Bryant (Michelle) Williams, Lionel (Denisha) Patrick, Arsenio Patrick, and Jamal Patrick; siblings, Tina Williams, Christopher (Jessie) Arnett, Jason Davis, Maurice Davis, Janee Davis, Robert Davis, Victoria Davis, Victor Davis, and baby girl Saena Davis; grandkids, Aryana Vaqusezz, De’Niyah Patrick, Adriuna Williams, Breanna Williams, Lionel Patrick Jr., Dominic Taylor; great nephew, Da’Juan Davis (Lil Helper), a host of lovinf nieces, nephews, and friends.
