Mrs. Bobbie Joe Hall was born in Marked Tree, AR on February 9, 1947 to Robert and Jo Noble. She departed this life on Thursday, June 3, 2021 in Fort Wayne, IN.
Bobbie accepted Christ at an early age. Bobbie is preceded in death by both parents Robert and Jo Noble, daughter Tiffany Hall, and brother John Paul Noble.
Bobbie married Charles Hall April 3, 1973 and three children were born to this union. Bobbie graduated from Carver High School May of 1965. She also had a bachelor's degree in Social Science as well as a bachelor's degree in Arts. Bobbie worked at UC Hospital of San Francisco, CA for 10 years, and Staffmark Catering Services of Jonesboro, AR for 3 years . Bobbie had a passion for social work. She also helped set up a hospital in Benin, Africa.
Bobbie founded the Tiffany Hall Family Foundation in 2004 which provided numerous scholarships for students to further their education.
Bobbie leaves to cherish her memories her children; Timothy (Robin) Hall of Fort Wayne IN, Sheri Hall of Sacramento, CA, grandchildren; Rafi (Amber) Arrington of Tyler TX, Kayla Weaver, Devalin Hall, Jerrod Nobles, all of Toledo, OH, Timbrence Hall and Cori Irby of Clarkston, GA, brothers; Robert (Mary) Noble, James (Mary) Noble, David (Janet) Noble, all of Toledo, OH, Walter (Susan) Noble of Jonesboro, AR, sisters; Shirley Noble, Lillie Stevenson, Doris Noble all of Jonesboro, AR, Jewel McCalland of Riverdale GA, Georgia Tibbs of Sun City, AZ, Alberta (Willie) Maxwell of Little Rock, AR, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
