Obituary for Bernice Avery
Bernice passed away on March 29, 2020. She was born to Llyod Kemp and Asalean Warren.
Bernice was a loving, kind person, who retired from Ford Motor Company. Bernice left Toledo to make a life in Detroit, Michigan, where she met and married Ronald Woodruff.
She was educated in the Toledo Public School System.
She loved her family, dancing and Tupac.
She leaves to cherish her memories, sister, Dorothy "Jean" Booth; brothers, Michael Warren and Levi Warren; children, Regina Avery, Carla (Ricky) Carter, Felisha Avery, Richard Avery, Lynnette Avery, Kimberly Avery, Maurice Avery, and Taylor Woodruff; 25 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bernice was preceded in death by her baby girl, Kelly Avery and her husband, Ronald Woodruff.
