Brandy Douglas, 28, passed away Feb. 21, 2017. Brandy was born August 16, 1988 in Toledo, OH. Brandy was a happy person who loved her children and enjoyed working. She went to grade school at Stewart School before it became an all girl school, and later Jones Junior High School. She graduated Libbey High School in 2006 and worked as a certified nurse assistant (CNA).

Brandy leaves to cherish her memories her children, Sariyah Mills and Effram Smith; mother, Dorothy B. Veley-Douglas; fathers, Melvin Williams & Marcus Veley; three sisters, Marquitta Veley, Tequilla & Valerie Williams; two brothers, Marcus Veley Jr. & Desmond Williams; and a host of other loving relatives & friends.
