Obituary for Deanna Jackson
Deanna (Diane) Jackson-Smith was born December 4, 1952, in Toledo, Ohio to her parents, Artis Smith, Sr. and the late Olivia Jackson-Smith. She passed into eternal rest on March 29, 2019. Diane attended Scott High School. She enjoyed her life and her loved ones. Diane worked with her father as a Laborer. Diane loved playing cards with her family and friends. Diane enjoyed skating in her younger days. Sports were her favorites. She loved watching football and basketball.
Diane was preceded in death by her mother, Olivia Jackson-Smith; her sisters, Artis Mae Hoskins, Phyllis Smith and Merilyn Smith; and her brother, Dorian Smith.
Left to cherish Diane's precious memory are her father, Artis Smith, Sr. (Faye Smtih) whom she loved so much; step-mother, Marliene Smith (Mom); sisters, Anna Jean Smith-Overton, Alisha Smith, Leslye (James) Ulis, and Vicki Wilson; brothers, Larry Smith, Homer Smith, Artis Smith, Jr., Anthony Smith, Darryl Smith, Stevie Smith, Denny (Dawn) Smith, Sean (Charlene) Smith, Artis Wilson, and Leonard Richardson; and a host of other loving family and friends.
