Wyzett ‘Bonnie’ Hill 78, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Saturday Jan 26, 2019 at the University of Toledo Medical Center.

Wyzett affectionally known as “Nonnie” to many, was born in Joyner Ark. On April 9, 1940 to the proud parents of Robert L and Bernice Franklin. The family eventually relocated to Toledo, Ohio. It is here that Nonnie met and married Samuel L. Hill. Through this union they had 4 children and together they raised 8. Sam and Nonnie were married 30 plus years.

Nonnie worked as a Welder for Ford Motor Co for 22 years before retiring in the late 90’s. She enjoyed preparing large holiday meals and looked forward to family and friends gathering together to enjoy them. She liked playing Rummy, Taboo and Bingo. She jokingly referred to bingo as her second job. Her true love was gardening. Nonnie was both passionate and proud of her garden. It brought her much joy.

Nonnie was generous and kind hearted. She was a faithful child of God and her belief never wavered even in the toughest times. She was a class act.

Wyzett is preceded in death by her Parents Robert and Bernice Franklin, Bro. Jesse Ewing, loving husband Samuel L. Hill, Son, Tony L. Franklin, daughters Tammie D. Hill-Owens, Racole M. Hill and grandchild Lecretia Hite.

Nonnie is survived by her sister Dorothy Wenzler, daughters Felica Hill, Sandy Welch, Sons Timothy T Franklin, Tyrone T Franklin (Veronica), Niece Sonya Hamilton and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
