Saint Diana Elizabeth Owusu Ansah (Fears - Lyons) was born on September 29, 1954 in Toledo, OH to Mary K. Merritt (Fears) and Step-Father Harold E. Stokes (deceased). She was the grand-daughter of the late Elder Martin and (Sister Elder) Sarah Fears.

Diana was educated in the Toledo Public School System and later attended Stautzenberger College.

Diana was the mother of four children. She later married John D. "Big D.D." Lyons (deceased) and gained four stepsons.
Saint Diana was an inspiring singer and one who never met a stranger. She loved to help others and her home was an open door to those in need.

Diana was active in her church until she had to battle her illness. She fought her illness for over 8 years. On Saturday, February 10th, Diana asked to go home, and The Lord allowed it to be so!



Diana leaves to cherish her memories her mother Mary Merritt, Sister Audrey (niece Mary) Bolden, Brother Harold (wife Yolanda and nephews Da'Marco and Carvas) Lewis.
