Obituary for Elworth Turner

Elworth  Turner
Elworth (Ed/Hog Killa) Turner was born August 31, 1942 in Postelle, AR to the union of John L. and Dora B. Turner.

He was called home unto the Lord for eternal rest on July 16, 2018.

Ed graduated from Swanton High School and retired as a Road Excavator and Machine Operator. He was on the Board of Directors for The Lucas County Health Department and a member of Professional Kennel Club.

Ed loved the Lord. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh and make others laugh.

Ed was an avid and experienced farmer and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, golf and staying active.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Hilbora (Bodie) and Carter Turner. Later in life he had three daughters with Juanita H. Turner.

He leaves to cherish his memory to daughters Karen (Eric) Randolph, Tracy (Eric) Talley Sr., and Crystal (Timothy) Sherman; grandchildren, Teneisha, Derek Jr., Shaina, Kenneisha, Shawn, Charles Jr., Nakaya, Amaris, Shawn Jr., and Eric Jr.; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Magnolia (Maggie) Dunlap, AnnaMae Turner and Bernadine "Dena" (Smith) Davis, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
