Virginia M. Russell, 85, born in Toledo, OH on April 21, 1933 to Jessie Mae Russell and Harkless. She peacefully transcended into heaven on June 19, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital. Virginia was better known as "Tootsie", who graduated from Libbey High School.
Virginia had a passion for taking care of others so she became a nurse's aid for a while. She was a true child of God that always read and wrote scriptures out of the Bible. She also wrote her own poems. ASk her anything and she would always have an answer. She was a shoulder to cry on, a hand to give and a heart to love.

Virginia "Tootsie" made it to heaven, leaving behind her only child, Monica Russell Watkins. Tootsie was the oldest girl of 11 siblings. She leaves behind her loving sister, Delores Moore; 10 grandchildren, Anthony, Antwan, Antuenette, Antisha, Virginia, Eric, Xyn', Shaqor, Erron, and Daryonna; 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
