Condolence: I first met Kevin while I was working for the LCBDD as his Hab Spec., 20 years ago. In 2005 Kevin came to NECO where he developed many friendships. His laugh, his smile and him calling everyone his friend or buddy always warmed the hearts of those who came in contact with him. He will be greatly missed!
