Alfred (Al) C. Woods Jr. was born August 10, 1940 and passed away on May 9, 2018 at home, surrounded by his family.. Alfred was an only child, born to the union of Alfred C. Woods Sr. and Josephine Woods. He was born in Montgomery, Alabama. Alfred is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Alfred loved fishing and working with wood; he was good at anything he did. He was always helping others, although he was a very quiet person. For relaxation, he listened to the blues.

He retired from Ohio Operating Engineers.

Mr. Woods leaves to cherish his memories, daughter, Janice (Charles Jr.) Fletcher; granddaughter, Ida Fletcher; grandson, Charles Fletcher Jr. III; a host of loving friends, Carline Willis, Kevin Sheldon, Johnnie Mae Harris, and William Harris.
