The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lee Tolbert can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Lee was a beacon of light to many thirsting for a deep relationship with Jesus. His memorial service inside the Marion institution on the Kindway-Embark monthly reunion for all participants waiting reintegration and their sponsors was the most moving and spiritual event of it'd kind I have ever had the honor to witness. He was truly loved ... because of the love he let Jesus spread thru his open heart to others.

Condolence: I’ve had the good fortune of getting to know Lee in the last couple of years. I admired his strength, his compassion, his faith, and his love for others. I will think about him often, am going to miss him, and will pray for the repose of his soul daily.

Condolence: My condolences on your loss. Lee had worked hard to show the world that he was a reformed man. Thankfully he had the opportunity to have the world recognize his growth and character before his untimely passing.

Condolence: To have Lee as part of our family meant just that, he was part of us. Lee helped us in so many ways become the couple that we are today. He opened us up to a type of love that the Word of God tells us about but you seldom experience. He allowed us to laugh at ourselves and overcome the little things. Lee had a love that was so contagious and he was so easy to love. We are so proud to say to the World that our love for Lee will never diminish, and he will continue to live as long as we have breath to tell his story. Everyone must hear about Lee- to the V- Tolbert. Love and miss you, Brother!!!

Condolence: We are all blessed to have had Lee in our lives. He was and will continue to be a witness to the power of the Holy Spirit at work to bring hope and truth to those God calls. He was an Evangelist in the truest sense of the word. His affliction could not stop his desire to share Jesus with all he encountered. When others encountered Lee, they encountered Christ. May God bless and keep him in His loving arms throughout eternity. We will one day all join Lee with that great cloud of witnesses that anxiously awaits our arrival. Save a place for us, Lee.

Condolence: I am truly sorry for your loss. I encourage family & friends to embrace the memories of Lee. He is now with Lord and will always be remembered & never forgotten. He touched my life & the life of so many others. I will always remember Lee Tolbert. Nothing eases the pain from the loss of our loved ones. The good news is, he is no longer suffering. I leave you with this, the word of God says to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. He is now in the presence of our heavenly Father 💗
