Obituary for Alma Geraldine Hannah

Alma Hanna was born January 25, 1924 to Willie Brown and Addie Locket. She was raised in Tillar, Arkansas were she attended school and gave her life to Christ in 1936 at the young age of twelve years old. Alma said “she’ll never forget the day because the Reverend was singing I Love the Lord He Heard My Cry.”
In 1940 at the age of 16 Alma married Isaac William and moved to Lake Village. Six months into the marriage and her pregnancy Alma divorced Isaac. She gave birth to Troy Lee William. In her words “her treasured blessing from the Lord.”
In 1940, Alma happily married Nathanial Hanna. They lived in Vendor, AR until his death three years later in 1943. Alma never married again.
Alma moved to Toledo, OH in 1979 she joined Mt. Nebo Baptist Church under the pastoral ship of A.L. Roach.
The only family members stated were her son Troy William his two children daughter (Tracie) son (Troy William Jr) host of grand and great grandchildren.
