Mrs. Barbara " Bobbie" Perdue, daughter of the late Roy and Blanchie Rutherford, was born on February 13, 1945 in Harveyton, Kentucky. She attended high school in Kentucky and was a graduate of the MC Napier High School. At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and was a proud, devoted member of Cornerstone Church in Maumee, Ohio.

She was united in holy matrimony to Leon Perdue in 1963. This union was blessed with four children: Jerry Perdue, Angelo Perdue, LaCinda Perdue, and Nicole Perdue. Leon preceded her in death on June 22, 2004.

Mrs. Perdue enjoyed great music, working in the yard, trips to the casino, going to church, and time with her family. Her life was as beautiful as the flowers that she loved so well, and her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.She quietly departed this life on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Ebeid Hospice Center in Sylvania, Ohio.

Barbara's beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children, Jerry, Angelo, LaCinda, and Nicole; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister, Emma (Richard) Williams, and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
