Mary Ann Fox McCoy, was born, May 27, 1942, to Rev. Dovie Lee and Annie Mae Colbert-Fox, in Toledo, Ohio. She made her transition from life to glory, September 14, 2017, at the age of 75.

Mary Ann graduated from Scott High School in 1960. She was a member of Scott's Symphonic Choir.

Mary Ann was baptized in Ebenezer Baptist Chruch, where her father was a founding Pastor, she later united with the Ridgewood Avenue Church of Christ.

On January 5, 1963, Mary Ann married Henry J. McCoy, they were blessed with 2 girls, Denise Andrea and Diana Lenore. She and Henry were married 54 years.

Mary Ann worked from 1961 until 1979, after which she dedicated her life to being a homemaker, raising her daughters to be very respectful young women, setting an example for them.

She was preceded in death by both parents, siblings, Dovie Fox Dailey, Roy Lee Fox, Ida Bell Fox Dotson, Richard Fox and brother-in-law, David Martin.

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Henry J. McCoy; daughters, Denise A. McCoy Germany and Diana L. McCoy (Ricardo) Small; grandchildren, Andrianna Artell Germany, Nia Micasey Germany, Trey Alexander Small, Ernest Germany, III and Taylor Alexis Small; sisters, Shirlene Washington, Fredericksburg, VA, Margie Williams, Susie Mae Martin, and Louise Fox; brothers, Willie (Linda) Fox and Dennis (Iris) Fox, all of Toledo, OH; sister-in-law, Joan Fox, Macoon, GA; brothers-in-law, Craig Dotson, Sr. and Robert Dailey; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017, from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, at The House of Day Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017, at 11:00 am, preceded by a 10:00 am Wake at Ridgewood Avenue Church of Christ, 1818 Ridgeway Avenue.
