Maria Luisa  Coates
Mrs. Maria Luisa Coates, 67, passed away on, September 10, 2017, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born in the Republic De Panama, on November 10, 1949, to Cecille and Catalina Patterson.

Maria was a homemaker that dedicated her life to her husband and children. Her children's children, would invite themselves over to the house because they loved being around the love and kindness that filled the house.

Maria didn't have a lot of money growing up the Republic De Panama, and because of this, when she saw or knew there was someone in need, she would give them the shirt off of her back. During the holidays, Maria dedicated her life to volunteering at homeless shelters, and feeding the poor.

Maria went to Stautzenberger College to pursue healthcare.

She leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Robert Eugene Coates, Sr.; children, Robert (Maria) Coates, Jr., Cynthia (Antonio) Bumpus, Allonso(Tammy) Coates, Quincy Coates, and Nicole Evans; siblings, Carlos Joseph and Teresa Joseph; grandchildren, Antonio Bumpus, Anthony Bumpus, and Kimberly Coates; great-grandchild, Jullian Bumpus.

Maria will be greatly missed by her husband, that has been by her side for almost 50 years, her children, grandchildren, and siblings.
