Obituary for Patricia Katherine McCorvey (Boose)
Patricia Katherine "Pat" Bush-McCorvey, 76 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on July 25, 2017. Married to William McCorvey for 43 years, together they raised nine children. Pat retired from the Toledo Head Start Program, and in 2007, she became a recipient of a kidney transplant from one of her very own granddaughter Marquetta Bush.
She was preceded in death by her son William "Yogi" Bush; parents, Joe & Elsenior Boose Sr.; sister, Carrie Mae Boose; brother, Joe Boose Jr.
Pat is survived by her loving husband, William McCorvey, daughters; Marquetta Bush, Tracy Berry, Terry Hood, Sherry Fox, Elsenior Temple, Jeanette Bush, Kyatta Commons, Carrie ae Bourn; brothers, Thomas, Calder, Jay, Bradley Boose; sisters, Ellis Wilson, Mandy Forbes, Jackie Forbes, Helen Thames, Robin Boose, 27 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren; two aunts, and a host of relatives and friends.
The Family will receive guest on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at the House of Day Funeral Service, 2550 Nebraska Ave. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 31st at 11:00am, preceded by a 10:00am Wake, at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 2008 Valentine St.
