The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Laura Coley can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Calvary Missionary Baptist Church
Condolence: To The Family of SISTER LAURA COLEY

We the members of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church’s Deacon/Deaconess Ministry extend our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family, and friends. Our prayers and cares are truly with all of you.

Be assured today that you can trust in our sovereign God, “For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk upright” (Psalm 84:11).

Furthermore, find comfort in knowing that God is always with you and that you can cast all your cares upon Him, for he cares for you.

At this time remember: “They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mont Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth forever: (Psalm 125: 1).

We, the Deacon/Deaconess Ministry is praying that God will be your peace and comfort at this time.

This condolence will be given to the Coley family this day Saturday, July 8, 2017

God Bless,

Deacon Willie Tucker, Jr., Chairman
Deacon Ken Taylor, Co-Chairman

Condolence From: Calvary Missionary Baptist Church
Condolence:
TO THE FAMILY OF SISTER LAURA COLEY.;

The Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Family extend our heartfelt sympathy to you during this time. For the Coley family we mourn with you at this time.

In this time of loss, be comforted by the consoling words of
Jesus Christ who tells us, “Blessed are they that mourn:
for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4

For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed,
we have a building from God, a house not made with hands,
eternal in the heavens. Therefore we are always confident,
knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent
from the Lord. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be
absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
II Corinthians 5:1, 6, 8.

Know that you, Sister Coley’s Family, are in our
constant thoughts and prayers and may our Lord strengthen
and sustain you during this time of bereavement. Your time to
heal is on its way and hold firm to your faith because God will
give you peace.

With warmest regards,

Rev. Floyd Smith Jr., Pastor
and the
Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Family
