Darwin C. McWilliams, age 59, of Toledo, Ohio passed away May 20, 2017 at The Toledo Hospital. He was born June 13, 1957 in Toledo to Alfred and Jessie (Webber) McWilliams.

He was employed with the Toledo Board of Education for more than 20 years. Darwin was a longtime member of Canaan Manifested Word Church. After retiring from the Toledo Board of Education, Darwin drove truck for Snyder Trucking in Toledo, Ohio.

Darwin is survived by his wife, Brenda L. McWilliams; children, Maurice (Shawnquita) McWilliams, Darnetta McWilliams, Donita McWilliams, DarShawnna (Lamarr) Brown, Darcie McWilliams, Deidre McWilliams, Desirea McWilliams; stepdaughters, Jessica (Christian) Clancy, Shawnetta Banks, Trayshelle Banks; father, Alfred (Jessie) McWilliams; siblings, Adrian (Janice) McWilliams, Janet (Mike) Hunt and Harold (Sherrie) McWilliams; grandchildren, Da'Nyah McWilliams, Nathaniel Disher, DaKyah Williams, Keith Moore, III, Emily Disher, Korion Moore, DaMyah Williams, Anthony Williams, D'Marria Brown, Avantae Williams, Trinity Price, Tyrek Machaterre and Payton Washington.

Darwin fought a good long fight. He lived for his children, grandchildren and his wife.
