Obituary for Ruchell Grace

Deaconess Ruchell Grace was born December 23, 1940 in Hazelhurst, MS to the late Mr. Willie King and Mrs. Lucille McNair. She transitioned from time to eternity on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 10:13 a.m. She attended Parrish High School, where she was a 1961 graduate. After graduation, Ruchell studied at Utica Junior College for 2 years before moving to Toledo, Ohio. When she moved to Toledo, she attended the University of Toledo where she majored in Business. Ruchell was employed at Champion Spark Plugs as a factory worker, until she retired. Ruchell enjoyed baking, ceramics, and arts & crafts.

Deaconess Ruchell, accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member of the Church of the Living God and later World Wide Living Word Ministries, where she served as a deaconess, President of the Pastoral Support Team and a member of the Hospitality Committee. She was an active and faithful member until her illness.

Ruchell Grace was joined in holy matrimony to Foster Grace, November 21, 1964. Through this union they were blessed with three children and three stepchildren.
She was proceed in death by her husband, Deacon Foster Grace, her stepson Donald Grace; two sisters Lorraine Stewart and Katherine Singleton and her only brother Willie Marshall McNair.

Deaconess Ruchell leaves to cherish her loving memory one son Flenoice Earl (Yolanda) Grace, Sr. of Toledo, OH; two daughters Latricia (William) Proctor of Woodbridge, VA and Latanya (Anthony) Ridley of Toledo, OH; two step-daughters Linda (Lee) Twymon and Clamelia Cliff both of Akron, OH; two sisters May Alice Smith of Hazelhurst, MS and Hazel Harper of Jackson, MS; three sister-in-laws Juanita Pierce, Carolyn Grace-Howe and Luverna (Matheno) Bey of Toledo, OH; two brother-in-laws Leo (Ola) Grace of Toledo, OH and Curtis Grace of Evergreen, AL; seven grandchildren Flenoice Earl Grace, Jr., Dontae Wynn, D’Andre Wynn, Kashari Morgan, Joshua Morgan, Alandra Clark and Suncerai Swan all of Toledo, OH; four great grandchildren; some very special friends, Iris & Earl Brownlee, Loretta O’Bryant, Sal Stovall and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
