Earline Thomas was born April 19, 1945 in Corenada, Mississippi to the union of Bennie and Desta Ree Sledge. She departed this life April 8, 2017, at the age of 71. She moved to Toledo, Ohio and was united in marriage to the late, Jerry Thomas.

She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters and one son, Angela (Jessie) Goins, Cassandra Houston, Evangeline Thomas and John L. Thomas; brother, Bennie Sledge, Jr.; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends.
