John F. Fant passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 in UTMC. He was born May 8, 1928 in Anderson, SC to James and Sallie Adger Fant. Surviving are his brother, Marcell (Mary) Fant; sisters, Mertha Porterfield and Frances Thompson, of Belton, S.C. , nephew James C. Porterfield, cousin Lillie Henderson, both of Toledo

He was a WWII US army Veteran and retired from Toledo Scales Co.
