Obituary for Michael D. Hicks

Michael D. Hicks was born June 1, 1955 to Medie and Lillie Hicks Sr. Michael passed this life January 31, 2017, after 30 plus years as an educator in several municipalities across the country, most recently at Imagine School of The Arts, Toledo,OH.

He leaves behind his mother; sister, Evelyn & Olivia; brothers, Medie Jr., Wyatt and Jerry; a host of nieces and nephews and cousins; and very special friend, Marilyn.

Funeral services are Wed. Feb. 8, 2017, 12:00 noon at Braden United Methodist Church, preceded by 11:00 am wake. Visitation is Tuesday 7-9 pm at The House of Day Funeral Service Chapel.
