Toni Marie Nobles Parks was born March 3, 1947 in Toledo, Ohio. She departed this life May 10, 2016 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Toni accepted Christ at an early age attending church with our grandmother. She attended Scott High School. Toni was preceded in death by both parents, father Chris Nobles, Jr., and mother Dorothy (James) Hale; Brother Michael. She leaves to cherish her memory daughters Vashaun Sanders- Stills, Charlotte, North Carolina, Leticia and Jamesetta McBeth Fostoria, Ohio, Sade Brooks; sons Bryan L. Sanders, Kamal Smith, Jack (Camille) Parks Atlanta, Georgia, Eric Salter Palm Coast, Florida; sisters Beverly J (Tim) Pree, Christine Ivey, brother Ronnie Hale, 27 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. “Acknowledgement” The Family of Toni Parks would like to thank Jaleo Young for the care and kindness shown our loved one in the Caring Hearts group home. We also want to thank the staff at Concord Care Center for your patience and kindness while Toni was there. Thank you to the staff at DaVita Dialysis (Glendale) for her treatment and care.
