Obituary for Ora Mae Harwell- Allen

Ora Mae Harwell-Allen, age 68, passed Friday, May 15, 2015, at University of Toledo Medical College. She was born March 5, 1947, the daughter of E.W. Harwell and Ora Lee Ridley. A graduate of Scott High School and The University of Toledo, Ora was very active in the community. She worked for Ziegler Homes, Dana Corp, Lucas County Corrections, Channel 13 (photography) and as a nurse aid for many years. She was also a long time member of Greater St. Mary's Church. Ora is survived by daughters, Andrea Starks, Nico (Clarence) Harris, and Veronica Moss; sons, Cebron (Lydia) Allen III, Lee (Sonia) Allen, and Abdul Mumeen (a.k.a., Rick Harwell), and a host of brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015, 11 a.m. at Greater St. Mary's Missionary Baptist Church, preceded by 10 a.m. wake.
